JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 08.10.2018 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 61263 of 2018 by which petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail but petitioner could not surrender before the court below in time as the petitioner was outside the State in connection with his livelihood.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, six weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Nawada/ concerned court in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018. In the aforesaid manner, order dated 08.10.2018
