Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent to make payment of honorarium to the petitioner for working as Tola Sevak, Rajkiya Kanya Madh Vidayala. Goraul.

The matter of payment of honorarium requires verification of the records. The respondents are competent to examine the record

Patna High Court CWJC No.1463 of 2017 dt.15-03-2018 2/2 and ascertain whether the petitioner was validly engaged as Tola Sevak and he has actually worked as such entitling him for payment of honorarium.

In view of the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent No. 4 to look into the relevant record and on verification of the same if it is found that the petitioner was validly engaged and has rendered service as Tola Sevak, necessary order for payment of honorarium may be passed by the District Programme Officer, Saksharta, for payment of the same within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
