JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A)(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded pistol and ten cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded and for the same occurrence another case being Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 304 of 2014 was also registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code in which the petitioner is on bail and apart from the aforesaid cases the petitioner is not accused in any other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12926 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2014.
