One country made pistol was recovered from the house of the petitioner in absence of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 27.10.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S.Case No. 50 of 2015.
