According to prosecution case itself, the seized liquor had been purchased by the petitioner from a licensee shop and while the aforesaid liquor was being carried, the petitioner was arrested and the liquor was seized. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3564 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015.
