JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 In spite of repeated call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application. However, learned counsel for the B.S.U.S.C. and learned counsel for the State are present before the Court.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of B.S.U.S.C. and in para-4 of the said counter affidavit, it is stated that due to typographical mistake the name of the petitioner was mentioned under ineligible category in the notice no.1234 dated 17.12.2021. However, as per the said notice, the petitioner was supposed to submit his grievance latest by 27.12.2021 but he did not submit any grievance within the stipulated time. Further in

Patna High Court CWJC No.500 of 2022(5) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 para-5 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that all the exercise had been made by the commission assuming/treating him as an eligible candidate such as screening/scrutiny, manual evaluation of the research paper, teaching experience and award by the subject expert. It is further stated that for the vacant six posts under this category, the cut off marks for interview was 83 but the petitioner has got only 72 marks, therefore, he was not called for interview.

3. Considering the statements made in the counter affidavit aforesaid, this writ application merits no consideration and is dismissed accordingly.
