JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. The petitioner was granted bail initially in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 426, 452, 504 of the I.P.C and Section 3(1)(x) of the Sc & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 09.04.2002. Now the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now petitioner will regularly appear before learned Court below.

Considering the above facts and the fact that impugned order does not reflect any progress in the trial after the petitioner being in custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10700 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 61 of 1999.
