Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/8 of POCSO Act.

Petitioners are in custody since 05.11.2020. Allegation is that they entered into the house of the informant and attempted to tease the minor daughter of the informant which resulted in scuffle and occurrence of abuse and assault. Considering the period already undergone by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12718 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 petitioners and completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with POCSO Case No.14A of 2019 arising out of Simari P.S.Case No.114 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
