The petitioner had moved earlier in Cr. Misc. No. 33647/2015 for bail which was rejected on 19.08.2015. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.02.2015 for a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120 (B) of I.P.C., 27 of the Arms Act and 10,13, 16 (B), 18, 19 and 20 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

Since the petitioner is one of the co-accused and there is direct allegation made by the informant, who is wife of the deceased and eleven years old son of the deceased, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3800 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner is accordingly rejected.
