Patna High Court CWJC No.11962 of 2008 (5) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 As agreed between the parties, the writ application is disposed off in the following terms :- The petitioner shall represent before the ViceChancellors and Registrars of B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur as well as Jai Prakash University, Chapra with regard to his remaining grievances including payment of 12.5 per cent compound interest on Group Insurance in place of 10 per cent, 50 per cent D. A. merger and Earned Leave which has been revised to a maximum limit of 300 days and revision of pension from 01.04.2007 to 30.06.2012 as far as Jai Prakash University, Chapra is concerned as well as remaining claim of payment of interest on D.A. arrears for the period 1983 to 1992 at the rate of 9 per cent compound interest as has been decided by the Court on 15.09.2006 in the case of Prof. Surendra Bahadur Singh v. State of Bihar and analogous cases reported in 2006 (4) PLJR

369. The petitioner shall file such representation within four weeks and the authority shall be obliged to dispose off the same by a reasoned order within the next six weeks. Any payment required to be made shall thereafter be done within a further period of three weeks.
