Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of deceased. Initially, the case was lodged u/Ss 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code as year of marriage of the deceased had been disclosed as 2010 but in course of investigation, the year of marriage of the deceased was found as 2005 and subsequently, police submitted charge sheet for the offence punishable under Section-306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12838 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Sri Deshmukh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jehanabad.
