200 litre unriped spirit is said to have been recovered from joint house of the petitioner for which petitioner and his father were made accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, father of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 528/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
