2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 337, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is the Headmaster of Rajkiya Madhya Vidyalaya, Bairiya and it is alleged that he interpolated in the attendance register, which was detected while it was produced before the J.J.Board, Motihari in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 921 of 2025.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
