The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. (Sonaki O.P.) Case No. 01 of 2020 registered under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, the first information report was lodged after 24 days of the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he contended that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
