Having regard to the fact that the petitioner claims appointment on the ground that her mother was a Government employee who died in harness in the year 2004, this Court having found that the petitioner was married daughter on the date of death of her mother, and such marriage still subsists, is not inclined to direct for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. That being so, this application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
