17-02-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly concedes that so far as 45% of arrears of pension, which were to be paid by 31st March, 2015, have been duly paid
Patna High Court MJC No.112 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 though after filing of this contempt application. So far as 50% of DA merger and interest for delayed payment of revised pension and other payments are concerned, which has not been made.
Learned counsel for the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya states that these are small amounts and University undertakes to pay them within two months. Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection.
In view of the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
