2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent to grant the benefit of 1st ACP and 2nd MACP to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised the preliminary objection that in the year 2019, the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019 ha sbeen enacted by the Government of Bihar.

4. As such, this writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy under the provision/s of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3092 of 2020 dt.09-02-2024 2/2 the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019. The Service Grievance Redressal Officer shall pass a reasoned and speaking order with regard to the claim of the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production of a copy of this order.
