Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that appeal against the order of termination, passed under Rule 673(c) of the Bihar Police Manual, is pending before the Director General of Police, Respondent No.2. It is submitted that he would be filing a representation to supplement some submissions in the appeal by placing reliance on decision of the Apex Court in the Case of Avtar Singh vs. Union of India and Others reported in (2018) 1 SCC 268. If such representation is filed within four weeks along with a copy of this order, the Respondent No.2 shall take the
