The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30826/2014 with a direction that if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

The petitioner was arrested from the house of Sharan Vishwakarma from where huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2014. The petitioner has already remained in bail for more than two years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
