2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Additional Finance Commissioner (Resources), Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna to consider and grant promotion to the petitioner to suitable next higher post/pay scale in terms of the Government resolution as contained in Memo No. 1800 dated 09.06.2011 issued by the General Administration Department and also for the respondents to consider and grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Programmer with pay scale as per the length of his service

Patna High Court CWJC No.2257 of 2019 dt.13-02-2019 2/2 in terms of the Government Circular issued by the department of finance as contained in Resolution No. 2002 dated 14.08.2004 as well as to frame service rules by preparing a separate cadre.

3. It appears that the petitioner has filed representation before the Additional Finance Commissioner (Resources), Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna on 21.02.2018 which has yet not been responded to.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate, that a fresh representation be made to the Additional Finance Commissioner (Resources), Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 5) by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed of by the the Additional Finance Commissioner (Resources), Department of Finance, Government of Bihar, Patna by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
