JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of more than 50 litres of liquor from Tiago Car and the petitioner was arrested from there.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered in this case. Further he has been in judicial custody for almost six months and chargesheet has been submitted, therefore, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1315 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. -II-cum- Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019.
