According to the prosecution case itself, Patua and motorcycle were seized by the informant and the villagers and subsequently, petitioner was produced before police and at the time of preparation of production-cum- seizure list, one counterfeit note of Rs 100/- denomination is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that implication of the petitioner in the present case is nothing but only result of previous enmity and village politics.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
