The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1070 of 1999, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the complainant is that the accused persons including the petitioner had come to the house of the complainant and convinced him for opening an account in the finance company, whereafter the complainant is said to have deposited a sum of Rs. 9300/- with the said company. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.6243 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case although he is not the owner of the said company nor the Director of the said company, but he is only an employee. It is submitted that the petitioner is an accused in one other complaint case only but he is on bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 05.09.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sararam, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 1070 of 1999.
