Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to

4/4 inadvertence in the writ petition itself the name of husband of the petitioner no. 28 and address has been wrongly typed as 'instead of 'Late Shankar Prasad Chaudhary, resident of Mohalla- Hathsarganj, Pathan Toli, P.S. Hajipur Town, District- Vaishali and the date of retirement has been wrongly mentioned as 31.01.2009 instead of 31.01.2002' as a result of which the same error has cropped up in the order dated 22.6.2020 and as such prayer has been made for correction in the order.

In view of the above, let the name and address of husband of the petitioner no. 28 and his date of retirement be read as 'Late Shankar Prasad Chaudhary, resident of Mohalla- Hathsarganj, Pathan Toli, P.S. Hajipur Town, District- Vaishali in stead of 'Devendra Prasad, Resident of Majhauliya Road, P.S. Kaji Mohammad and his date of retirement as '31.1.2002' instead of '31.1.2009' in the order dated 22.6.2020 passed in CWJCNo. 24735 of 2019. The order dated 22.6.2020 passed in CWJC No. 24735 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. The other part of the order shall remain intact.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
