2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 546 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. was registered against unknown for the theft of motorcycle of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5018 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S, Case No. 546 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
