JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.09.2015.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in any case but when petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 which had been registered against unknown persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3606 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-Kishunganj in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015.
