2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship. Petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
