2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111 and 309(4) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was going to Gopalganj after loading Telecom goods of M/s Bharti Airtel Limited Company, whose total value is Rs. 17,85,749.17/- lakh, when the informant reached Yaduvanshi Chowk, a Bolero Car came from behind and was parked in front of the informant's vehicle and 3-4 miscreants got down and took away the informant by tying his eyes and hands and snatched

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. As per Para-39 of the case diary, the pickup vehicle has been seized along with the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran At Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
