01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 16.

The petitioner, who retired long back w.e.f.

31-08-1990, has filed the present writ petition in the month of May, 2008 i.e. about eighteen years of retirement, with a prayer to direct the respondents to give benefit of Senior Super Selection Grade.

The Court is of the opinion that after such a long time of retirement, no such relief can be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed.
