Prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, because the allegation so made against him causing death of the victim does carry some kind of injuries on the body of the deceased, which is said to be anti-mortem.

In view of the same and the manner in which the victim has been done to death jointly by all these persons, Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in connection with G. R. No. 1503 of 2014, arising out of Muffasil P. S. Case No. 154 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
