JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Prem Kumar Jha, appears and submits that the learned counsel who was appearing in this case, Ram Padarath Singh, is no more. It is next submitted that he has received no objection from Baban Roy, another learned counsel, whose name appeared on the Vakalatnama, it is also submitted that for some reason the Vakalatnama could not be filed, but very fairly submits that during pendency of the writ application, orders have been passed by the Court and thus seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file a fresh writ application challenging the orders so passed by the Board.

Permission is accorded with the liberty aforesaid.
