JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 168 piece of Fenargun injection and 70 stripes of Nitrosun tablets were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner happens to be retail seller of medicine and as a matter of fact he has purchased the said medicine for the purpose of selling. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 and except present case as well as one case that was registered in Nepal petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
