JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of partition dispute and only allegation against the petitioner is that she handed over a Hasua blow to the main assailant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 29.07.2015, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S.Case No. 85 of 2015.
