ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order of conviction and sentence dated 07.11.2015 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 18 of 2013 by the Sessions Judge, Madhepura by which he has affirmed the order dated 29.11.2013 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Alam Nagar P.S. No. 17 of 2005, G.R. No. 308 of 2005, Tr. No. 867 of 2013.

Having gone through the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence, I am unable to find any illegality in the same. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
