Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and he expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and others. Furthermore, in course of investigation, one witness, namely, Umesh Manjhi claimed to have seen the petitioner and other accused assaulting the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
