JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2015 After some argument, Sri Sharda Nand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA-9 as well as Sri Dhruba Mukherjee, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Respondent/ Jharkhand Legislative Assembly Jharkhand at Ranchi, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may file appropriate application before the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly Jharkhand at Ranchi with a prayer to regularise the gap period. He submits that the petitioner will not claim any arrear of his salary. The prayer is allowed.
