The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his case for transfer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is provision for transfer and posting as per choice of the teacher. Without going into the merit of the choice transfer and posting, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer-cum-Chairman of the District Education Establishment Committee, Gaya to examine the claim
