JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2. The matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre for resolving the matter. As per the report of the Mediator, the matter has been resolved with the following terms and conditions, which is as follows :

Dobhi, District Gaya ------ (First Party) And Pratima Devi, wife of Dablu Singh @ Dablu Kumar and daughter of Late Ramnandan Singh, resident of village Kolhaura, P.S. Bodh Gaya, District Gaya ----- (Second Party)

1. That both have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre today in terms of the previous order dated 21.02.2019 to the effect that the petitioner give Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Fifty Thousand) to the opposite party No.2 in four consecutive months.

2. That the Bank Draft of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) bearing Demand Draft No.4922, dated 06.03.2019 issued by Punjab National Bank, Bajoura Branch, Gaya has been handed over to opposite party No.2 Pratima Devi by the petitioner Dablu Singh which she has received.

3. That the next amount of instalment will be paid in the second of April, 2019 by 22.04.2019 of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand).

4. That the other instalments will be paid on 22.05.2019 of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and 22.06.2019 Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) total Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Fifty Thousand only) respectively in the Bank account of Pratima Devi.

5. That the further undertaken by the opposite party No.2 that she will furnish her bank account number to her counsel which will be given to him in the next week.

6. That both the parties agreed that this settlement will be full and final settlement.

7. That in view of the aforesaid the matters have been settled between the parties and they are free to live separately and decided to be separated from today itself and the marriage shall be deem to be

8. That the above contents of the agreement have been read over and explained to us in Hindi which we have fully understood and accepted the same.

9. That both the parties read and understood the entire terms and conditions as above.

10. That in the above terms and conditions a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and both have signed in presence of their learned counsels, who have also put their signature on this agreement.
