JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State. Counsel for the State submits that all retrial dues except gratuity has been paid to the petitioner. The cause of none payment of gratuity is the excess payment made to the petitioner. The State authorities is directed to adjust excess amount if any paid to the petitioner and pay the rest amount if any is due to him within a period six months from the date of receipt of production of a copy of this order.

With this direction the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. The application is disposed off.
