The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caught hold of the sister of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
