JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she, specifically, stated that she left her home along with petitioner by her own sweet will and remained with the petitioner for near about 6 days. Subsequently, while she along with petitioner reached at Kishanpur Chowk, police arrested them. She, specifically, stated that she had gone along with the petitioner by her own sweet will. The age of the victim was assessed by learned Magistrate as 18 years whereas; medical report shows that she was found between 16-17 years.
