2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 7 of the E.C. Act registered in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the driver of the pickup van from which 1850 kg. of rice has been seized. It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge that the loaded rice was of Government supply. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
