====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner : Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, Advocate. For the State : Mrs. Renuka Ratnakar, A.P.P ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.13 of 2015 (arising out of Bakhri P.S. Case No.201 of 2012) registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.9775 of 2014 on merit, which would appear from Annexure-'1' to this application. The petitioner, who is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14938 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 husband of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 31.10.2012.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and dispose of the same by taking all effective steps.
