The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 332, 341, 372/511 of the Indian Penal Code. And 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, (POCSO Act).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be neighbor of the informant and due to previous enmity he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.08.2018.
