Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

When the informant was talking with the nephew of Nilesh Kumar @ Akshay Bharti @ Mehi Singh, the petitioner along with other accused persons having lashed with arms came there and abused the informant and his nephew. On the order of Neeraj Kumar Singh, Ranjit Don is said to have fired which hit Nilesh Kumar on his left rib and consequently, he died. It appears that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, who is in jail custody since 12.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.Case No.181 of 2014.
