Mr.Narendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi O.P) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 380 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding three miscreants having committed theft at the house of the informant and having snatched a sum of Rs. 20,000/- and other articles from the informant. It is further alleged that while the said miscreants were trying to flee away, the petitioner was caught and a sum of Rs. 5,000/- was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in

It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by whatsoever conditions which this Court thinks fit and proper to impose for the purposes of grant of regular bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 23.05.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail upon deposit of a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of cash security as also upon such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned court of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018.

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
