The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.C-618 of 2019 registered under Sections 406 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner never demanded any dowry nor subjected her (complainant) to cruelty in any manner. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The petitioner including other accused persons are

It is also alleged that the petitioner and others have ousted the complainant from her in-laws' house. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
