The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019 in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No.462 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner was arrested and one Bajaj motorcycle which was recovered from his possession has not been stated to be a motorcycle which was stolen motorcycle. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery was made from one Amod Sahi and not from the petitioner. The petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1180 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.462 of 2019.
