Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner as he has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 177/2020, pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra and subsequently, he was granted bail by the learned court below itself. Permission is accorded.
