The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 427 of 2021 arising out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2021 registered under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal code and Sections 30(a), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 58532 of 2021 on 15.04.2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.2804 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Madhepura in connection with Excise Case No. 427 of 2021 arising out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
